We can provide additional services to create a tailored virtual office solution to meet your requirements.

Out of hours Voicemail to email -  add this to your virtual office package for £7.50 per month with a Voicemail greeting in your company name.  Messages are stored electronically and sent to you as an email attachment so you can listen at your PC or dial in to listen to messages.

Fax to Email - £7.50 per month with an 0845 number or £12.50 per month when combined with a London or Manchester number.  Messages are stored electronically and sent as an email attachment.

Data Backup - many of our virtual office customers have a need to backup their PCs.  We use a service to automatically backup our PCs everyday to secure offsite storage and would recommend the service.  Details at www.pc-data-backup.com

How do your calls reach our Virtual Office service

We issue each of our virtual office customers with a unique 0845 number.

If you are in start up mode you may want to use this 0845 number as your main business number.  If you would like to answer some calls yourself this is not a problem, please just ask us and we can set it to ring your home of business telephone first to give you a chance to answer.  If you do not answer our receptionists will take the call for you.

If you are setting up and would like some other type of number for your virtual office, such as an 0800 number or London 0207 number please ask and we can run through the options.

If you are a business with an established  telephone number that is fine, simply divert your telephone to your virtual office number whenever you want us to take calls.  We can help you with setting up a divert on your telephone if required.

We are aware that some low cost telephone providers can cause problems with diverting calls to an 0845 telephone number so again please speak to us as we know ways around this problem.

Diverting your calls to our Virtual Office service

If you have an existing telephone number you wish to divert to our virtual office service we can help you use the following BT divert services.

Divert All Calls -  dial *21*your virtual office number #    -  this will divert all your calls directly to our virtual office receptionist service without your telephone ringing.  Importantly, your callers will not hear any BT messages so will believe the call has been answered by a receptionist in your office.

Divert when engaged - dial *67* your virtual office number #    - this will divert your calls when you are on the telephone rather than the caller hearing the engaged tone or going to BT Call Minder.

Divert on not answered - dial *61* your virtual office number #   -  this will ring your telephone for 15 seconds before diverting.  Unfortunately BT play an announcement to the caller before transferring the call to the virtual receptionist team which shatters the illusion that our receptionist is in your office.  Generally we do not recommend using this option.
